Items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund to the original payment method. We are unable to refund the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Items returned within 31 to 60 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund to a BEing WELL Gift Card. After 31 Days, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund the original charges unless the return is a result of our error.
After 60 days, please give us a call at 1-800-549-4883 and we will do our best to assist you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
